Customer Warranty Guide

Warranty information for equipment purchased from Three Bears Coffee Studio

This guide explains what to prepare if your coffee machine, grinder or accessory develops a fault. Manufacturer terms vary by brand and product. The terms supplied with your product and your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.

Before requesting warranty support

  • Keep your tax invoice or Shopify order confirmation.
  • Record the product model and serial number.
  • Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Write down when the issue started and any troubleshooting already completed.
  • Stop using the product if continued operation could cause damage or create a safety risk.

La Marzocco Home machine warranty

La Marzocco Home Australia currently lists the following manufacturer warranty periods from the date of the sale invoice.

  • Linea Micra and Linea Mini, 24 months parts and labour.
  • GS3 purchased directly from La Marzocco Home, 24 months parts and labour.
  • GS3 purchased through a La Marzocco Home partner, 24 months parts warranty.

La Marzocco states that warranty protection depends on correct installation, annual servicing by an approved technician, regular cleaning, suitable filtered water and correct use. Consumable wear items, including group gaskets, diffusion screens and filter baskets, are generally excluded from the manufacturer warranty.

Read the current La Marzocco Home Australia warranty information.

Grinders, accessories and other brands

Warranty periods and claim processes vary by manufacturer, model and product type. Check the product page, invoice and manufacturer documents supplied with your item. Three Bears Coffee Studio can help identify the correct support route for products purchased from us.

How to request support

  1. Open our contact page.
  2. Provide your full name, order number or tax invoice, product model and serial number.
  3. Describe the fault and attach clear photos or video.
  4. Wait for assessment instructions before returning or transporting the product.

Some claims are assessed directly by the manufacturer or an authorised service centre. Inspection may be required before the available remedy is confirmed.

Warranty and routine servicing are different

Routine cleaning, annual servicing, normal wear and maintenance are not the same as a warranty repair. For La Marzocco machine servicing, visit our La Marzocco servicing guide.

Australian Consumer Law

Manufacturer warranties are additional to your automatic rights under Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded. Depending on the circumstances, a consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation when goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.
